About the Role: We’re looking for a seasoned UX designer to join our growing team and lead the user experience across our cybersecurity platform. You’ll take ownership of the design process from discovery to delivery, turning complex security challenges and data-rich workflows into intuitive, elegant user experiences. This is a high-impact role where design plays a central role in product success.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX design across the full product lifecycle from ideation to polished UI.
- Own and evolve our design system to ensure visual and functional consistency across the platform.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define interaction models and product requirements.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Conduct usability testing and user research to validate hypotheses and improve usability.
- Ensure best practices in accessibility, responsiveness and overall product quality.
- Balance the needs of both enterprise stakeholders (CISOs, IT teams) and end users (employees interacting with the product).
Must-Haves
- 8+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise environments.
- Experience in security-focused UX or cybersecurity products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in interaction design, data visualization and problem-solving for complex systems.
- Proven experience designing dashboards, workflows or data-intensive interfaces.
- Expertise in Figma, prototyping tools and responsive design principles.
- Ability to define and scale a design system from the ground up.
- Familiarity with user research methodologies, usability testing and accessibility standards.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with ambiguity and autonomy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
Significant Advantages
- Background in branding, creative or visual identity work.
- Familiarity with analytics and behavioral tools like Amplitude, FullStory, Hotjar.
- Understanding of frontend implementation (HTML/CSS, React component structure).
